I'm José, a developer and founder with 25+ years in the industry.

I've built 4 SaaS companies, launched 7 tools, and written thousands of lines of code. And for years, I felt like I was drowning.

Every tool I used demanded my attention. Every app wanted to send me notifications. Every platform was designed to keep me scrolling, clicking, and reacting.

I realized that the tools supposedly designed to help us work were actually preventing us from working deeper.

Brain Brutalism is my response.

It is a philosophy and a toolkit for reclaiming your cognitive capacity. It is about stripping away the decorative fluff, the engagement hacks, and the dopamine loops.
